Vendor Applications are reviewed by the Empanada Committee made of previous vendors and staff.

• We want a varied experience for our guests while maximizing sales for all vendors. Applications will be reviewed with this in mind, and decisions will be made to create the best possible mix of businesses. Thank you for your understanding and collaboration. This year, we will allow a maximum of two vendors per country or region. 

• Priority will be given to past vendors. 

• Food sales are limited to empanadas only. You may add sides or sauces. Desserts are also allowed and are subject to review by Festival staff

• Menus must be submitted with your vendor application, any changes to your menu before or during the festival must be approved

  • All orders must be pre-made or required minimum cooking and ready to eat. Minimal cooking to order, empanada lovers do not like waiting.

  • No pre-orders or pick up sales (i.e. grubhub, doordash, etc.)

  • This is an empanada fest, stay on theme 

• Sales of traditional ethnic beverages are encouraged.

• You may only sell food products and drinks.
